Shipping & Tracking

Shipping fee is not yet included in our prices and will be shouldered by the buyer.

Our shipping partners are Entrego and Gogo Xpress. 

Because of the community quarantine in Metro Manila, this will be our schedule for shipments:

 

- Batch shipping of parcels every Tuesday and Thursday.
- For NCR, you will receive your parcel within 2-3 business days (fee starts at PHP 100)

- For other Luzon locations, Visayas and Mindanao, it takes 3-7 business days for your parcel to arrive (fee starts at PHP 140)

 

You may request for Grab/Lalamove delivery every Tuesday.

For international shipments, please contact us for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

We follow a NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE policy, but rest assured that all items are inspected before shipment. Should there be a case that the product is truly defective, we still reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us for assistance and we’ll do our best to fix it for you.
