Shipping & Tracking
Shipping fee is not yet included in our prices and will be shouldered by the buyer.
Our shipping partners are Entrego and Gogo Xpress.
Because of the enhanced community quarantine in Metro Manila, this will be the temporary schedule of shipments until it is lifted:
- Batch shipping of parcels every Tuesday and Thursday.
- For intra-city locations, you will receive your parcel within 5-7 business days.
- For provincial shipments, please allow 1-2 weeks for your parcel to arrive.
You may request for Grab/Lalamove delivery every Tuesday.
For international shipments, please contact us for more information.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your orders and how you can track your shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
We follow a NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE policy, but rest assured that all items are inspected before shipment. Should there be a case that the product is truly defective, we still reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us for assistance and we’ll do our best to fix it for you.
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.
Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.
