Creative Production Assistant

Requirements

​

  • Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

  • Tech Savvy & up to date with current social media trends

  • Powerful in layout, typography and color sense

  • Creative and proactive with attention to detail

  • Skilled in photography and styling is a plus 

  • Passionate in design, art and lifestyle

  • Has excellent time management, communication skills and can work well under pressure

Responsibilities

​

  • Come everyday to Izzo HQ, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. Work from home can be discussed

  • Create all materials and designs related to the brand. (For social media, website, newsletter, etc.)

  • Creating pattern or surface designs for products

  • Communicate brand values and message through engaging and relatable designs

  • Hand in design materials properly and punctually, and create revisions timely

  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts

  • Also responsible in mockup and sampling for new products

  • Source proper materials for each product

  • Create production timeline and execute it properly

QA and Admin Assistant

​

Requirements

​

  • Has excellent quality standards

  • Good organisational capabilities

  • Skilled at handling inventory tasks

  • Open to doing routine tasks that have to be performed on a frequent basis

  • Has excellent time management and can work well under pressure

 

High school diploma holders with a flair for merchandising, display and performing basic customer service tasks are generally considered for this job position.

Responsibilities

​

  • Come everyday to the Izzo HQ, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5

  • Ensure that all external standards are observed before the final product reaches the customer which includes checking and packing of each product

  • Manage the inventory of stocks and making sure that all partner stores are fully stocked, which includes delivering to partner stores

  • Take care of tasks such as bank errands, submitting of documentation requirements for partner stores, etc.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the working area
